Swift resellers learn how to fly
Service companies are flocking to join a rapidly growing group of resellers who are helping their clients improve customer service using a portfolio of new online feedback products.
York-based Bivouac Graphic Design is one of Swift Feedback’s latest recruits. Director, Kate Pettitt said: “We quickly saw that Swift could supplement and enhance the design service that we offer our clients. It didn’t take us long to identify some who could use Swift to improve their customer service."
